How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, orders arrive within 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka, delivery takes 2–4 business days.
How much is the delivery charge?
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Orders over ৳2500 get free delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery plus secure online payment through SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and all major Bangladesh banks).
Are your products authentic?
Yes — 100%. We source every product directly from official brands and authorised distributors.
Can I return a product?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or check My Orders in your account.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
