Return Policy
7-day return window
You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
Hygiene exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item, to your original payment method or bank account.
